Richard "Mike" Wyatt

Waynesville, Richard Michael Wyatt, passed into paradise on December 24, 2020.

Mike worked for 23 years as Chief Engineer at Lea Industries, Ethan Allen Furniture in Old Ford as an Engineer, was plant manager at Ethan Allen Furniture in Dublin, Virginia, Mountain Projects from 2002-2006 and Giles Chemical as an Engineer until he retired in 2011.

Left to cherish Mike’s memory is his wife of 43 years, Shirley Wyatt; a brother, Salem Wyatt, Jr. (Beth), of Clyde and Mike’s younger brother, Steve Wyatt "Mouse",  passed away August 10, 2021.

A celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 17, 2022, in the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home.  A gathering at 3:30 following the service will be held at Wells Events & Reception Center, 33 Wells Events Way, Waynesville, NC.

The care of Mr. Wyatt has been entrusted to Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville.
