A. Wilson

Canton - Arnold Keith Wilson, age 61, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at his residence.

A native of Haywood County, he was the son of the late Donald and Clara Wilson. His main loves were spending time with his grandchildren, hunting, fishing, camping, and his dogs, Molly, Cracker, and Sis.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Dianne Eller Wilson; two daughters, Brooke Wilson Ballard and her husband, T.J., of Hendersonville and Aprile Wilson Simpkins and her husband, Sean, of Canton; one son, Shane Wilson and wife, Nicole, of Canton; two sisters, Donella Williams and husband, Danny, of Canton and Joy Francis and husband, Donnie, of Canton; and five grandchildren, Kayden Simpkins, Payton Simpkins, Rylan Simpkins, Easton Wilson, and Emmalyn Wilson.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 in the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with Reverend Donnie Henson officiating. Burial will follow at the Wilson Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
