Almarie Campbell

June 21, 1935 — June 29, 2004

Waynesville-Almarie Campbell, age 69, of 101 Timothy Lane, died Tuesday, June 29, 2004 at her residence. A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late John M. and Burlie Medford Mills. She was a member of the Mountaineer Antique Auto Club and attended Allens Creek Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Don Campbell; a daughter, Pam Cutshaw, and her husband, Jerry; a son, Dean Campbell and his wife, Cindy, of Knoxville, TN; two sisters, Helen Mills and Betty Jenkins, both of Waynesville; four brothers, Earl, Ray, and Ralph Mills, all of Waynesville and Lowell Mills of New Ellenton, SC; and three grandchildren, Ryan, Jennifer, and Justin Cutshaw. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 2, 2004 in the Waynesville chapel of Wells Funeral Homes and Cremation Services with Reverend Eddie Deitz officiating. Burial will follow at Greenhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Haywood Regional Medical Center Hospice, 560 Leroy George Drive, Clyde, NC 28721.
