Angela Ford

"1961 – 2016" Clyde – Angie Strange Ford, age 54, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2016 at her residence. A native of Haywood County, she was a daughter of Hilda Best Gibson of Canton. Angie enjoyed scrap booking, camping, and raising chickens. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 37 years, Bruce Ford; one daughter, Andria Ford Richardson and her husband, Matt, of Waynesville; one son, Alex Ford and his wife, Caroline, of Raleigh; one sister, Pam Stockton and her husband, David, of Canton; and one granddaughter, IvaLee Richardson. A celebration of life service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, February 12, 2016 at Faith Community Church with Reverend Matt Pruett officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. Memorials may be made to Faith Community Church Benevolence Fund, 289 Industrial Park Drive, Waynesville, NC 28786.
