Ann Reynolds

Ann W. Reynolds, 77 of Canton went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 6, 2022, at her residence. Ann was born on February 8, 1945, in Montgomery, Alabama to the late Robert Carroll and Goree Ada McFee Wilson. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Ted Rondell Reynolds who died 2018.

Ann enjoyed reading, writing letters and cards to her friends and family, crossword puzzles and adult coloring books and she also loved animals of all kinds.  One of her favorite pastimes was researching our family tree.  She adored her family, loved all people, and truly enjoyed being a pastor’s wife. Ann was a member of Pisgah Freewill Baptist Church.

She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Greg Reynolds and his wife, Kimberly of Candler and Brian Reynolds and his wife Kim of Fairview; three brothers, Ronald Wilson (Kathy) of Candler, Donald Wilson (Lorna) of Youngsville and Robert Wilson, Jr. (Cindy) of Maggie Valley; four grandchildren, Lauren Reynolds, Brent Reynolds (Brittany), Justin James (Amanda), Austin Reynolds; nine great-grandchildren, Gracie McIntosh, Knox McIntosh, Jaxon Ledford, Ophelia James, Wayland James, Pearl James, Maci Reynolds, Averi Reynolds and Benjamin Reynolds.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 12, 2022, in the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with Pastor Jeremy Cagle and the Reverend Elisha "Bud" Fish officiating.. Interment will follow the service at Crawford Ray Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
