Anna Simpson

"Loving Mother & Grandmother"

Asheville, Anna Mae Stephens Simpson, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Care Partners Solace Center.

Born in Portsmouth, Virginia, she moved to Coral Gables in 1952 and lived there for 62 years. She was a long time member of Coco Plum Women's Club and Coral Gables Garden Club.

Anna is survived by her daughter, Cathy Blomquist; son, Steve Simpson; and three grandchildren.

Her family takes comfort in her strong faith and are thankful that she had such a long blessed life and that she is now dancing in heaven with her beloved Henry.

Memorials may be made in Anna's name to Coral Cables First United Methodist Church, 536 Coral Way, Coral Gables, Florida 33134, where she was a long time member.
