B. Hall

Candler - B. Harrison Hall, age 90, of Bryson Road died Saturday, November 30, 2002 at a local hospital after a short illness.

He was a native of Haywood County and the son of the late T. B. and Rosa West Hall. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mabel Hoglen Hall who died in 1994; six brothers Herbert, Ernest, Kenneth, Jasper, Thurman and Fannon Hall and four sisters, Polly Hall, Legie Hall, Sally Hall Shafer and Emma Hall Roberson.

He was employed by Greene Motor Sales and retired from AnTon Chevrolet. He was a member of Pole Creek Baptist Church where he formerly served as a Sunday School Superintendent, choir director and deacon. He was a United States World War II Army veteran.

He is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 3rd at Pole Creek Baptist Church will the Reverends Dennis Thurman and G. W. Jameson officiating. Burial will follow at Snow Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. prior to the services at the church. At other times, the family will be at the residence of Barbara and Ron Harris, 245 Liberty Road, Candler. Wells Funeral Home in Canton is in charge of arrangements.
