Barbara Trull

"Devoted Friend" Canton – Barbara Jean Trull, 73, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2016 at Silver Bluff. A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, she was a daughter of the late Elbert A. and Esther Cogburn Trull. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-mother, Juanita Trull; a half-sister, Deborah Trull; and one step-sister, Jackie Henson. She retired from BASF with 40 years of service and was a dedicated member of Morning Star United Methodist Church. Barbara was a person who loved to laugh and have a good time. She had a host of friends and was a friend to many! She is survived by a special cousin, Zeda Stepp; three step-sisters, Margaret Ramsey of Waynesville, Alma Sue Rogers of Canton, and Vera Kate Stewart of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; several nieces and nephews; numerous cousins; and two special friends, Betty Miller and Janice Bentley. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at New Cruso Cemetery with the Reverend Nicole Jones officiating.
