Betty Gorman

Waynesville, Betty Lou Warren Gorman, age 79, previously of Melbourne, Florida, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2010 at the Brian Center. A native of Indianapolis, Indiana, she lived most of her life in Melbourne, Florida before moving to Haywood County. She was the daughter of the late Carl and Alfreda Mundy Warren and was also preceded in death by her husband, Tom B. Gorman, who died in 1998; two sons, Bruce and Steven Park; two sisters; and one brother. She is survived by a daughter, Donna Combs and her husband, Jim, of Waynesville; five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 9, 2010 in the Chapel of Florida Memorial Gardens, Rockledge, Florida. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Florida Memorial Gardens.
