Betty Pressley Trull, 79, of Sonoma Road died Saturday, June 7, 2003 at her daughter's residence.
She was a native of Haywood County and the widow of William Freeman Trull who died in 1999. She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Helen Terrell and Joyce Allen and three brothers and three sisters. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
Surviving are: four daughters and their husbands, Clara McFalls and Dudley, Frances Mease and Buford, and Geneva Worley and Lane all of Canton and Betty Jo Ruff and Tim of Waynesville; two sons and their wives, Gary Trull and Amelia of Hendersonville and Terry Trull and Juanita of Waynesville, a sister, Annie Mae Creasman of Canton and ten grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10th in the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Homes with Reverends Bill Terrell and Todd Royal officiating and burial following at Bethel Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home and at other times will be at the home of a daughter, Betty Jo Ruff at 906 Sonoma Road. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
