Beverly Mitchell

Beverly Mitchell, 43, of Fairview passed away Friday, August 5, 2016 at Mission Hospital. She was an Asheville native, a daughter of Wayne and the late Becky Wyatt. Beverly had many friends and loved making people smile and laugh. She always encouraged her daughters to do their best and enjoyed being able to homeschool Rachel. Family, dogs, pigs, and cooking were just some of the things that brought her joy.
Beverly was preceded in death by her mother, Rebecca Ann Merrill Wyatt.
She is survived by her grandparents, Dennis and Maureen Merrill; daughters, Kelsey Plemmons of Waxhaw and Rachel Mitchell of the home; sisters, Tammy Stone of Fairview and Pamela Pressley of Swannanoa and boyfriend, Travis Taylor.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00PM on Wednesday, August 10 at Edgewood Baptist Church, Candler with Pastor Louis Gibson officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service at church.
