Billy Miller

Rev. Billy Ray Miller, 82, of Bryson City passed away on Thursday, December 01, 2016. He was born in Kenvir, KY to the late Aldrich and Esther Dean Miller and served in the US Air Force. After 40 years he retired from the CSX Railroad.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia Ann Miller and siblings, Walt Miller and Etta Miller Asbury.
He is survived by his son, Billy R. Miller, Jr., of Atlanta; daughter, Marlena (Gary) Cloer of Bryson City; grandchildren, Cody James, Katelyn Nicole and Kasey Marie Cloer; and siblings, Jack Miller and Ailene Hensley.
A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00pm on Saturday, December 3 in the Chapel at Moore Funeral Home at Forest Lawn with Rev. Tim Barker officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Candler.
