Billy Mull

Waynesville, Billy Eugene Mull, age 69, passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Park Ridge Hospital. A native of Haywood County, he was the son of the late Charlie Burlin and Lela Rathbone Mull. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Debra Sue Mull, who died in 2014 and a daughter, Chrystal Mull. Billy was a US Army veteran having served during the Vietnam and a retired brick mason, who loved to go coon hunting and fishing. He was of the Baptist faith. Billy is survived by two sons, Joey Mull and his wife, Michele, and Shannon Mull and his wife, Lee Anna, all of Waynesville; two sisters, Janie Mull and Julie Hicks, of Waynesville; two brothers, Joe Mull of Waynesville and Hugh Mull and his wife, Carrie, of Gaffney, South Carolina; and seven grandchildren, Natasha, Brandon, Andrew, Dusty, Wesley, Brooke, and Shane. A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, January, 25, 2015 in the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with Reverend Phillip Wyatt officiating.
