Bobby Bryant

Waynesville-Bobby Lawson Bryant, age 69, of 5550 Soco Road, entered eternal life on Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at Haywood Regional Medical Center. A native of Gaston County, he was the son of the late Coston J.W. Bryant and Vida Salena Fisher Bryant. He was a US Air Force veteran and was later employed by Wellco in the Shipping and Receiving Department for 19 years and retired in 1984. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Sara Hall Bryant; one son, Kevin Bryant and his wife, Lynn, of Maggie Valley; one grandson, Brayden Bryant; one brother, Jerry Bryant and his wife, Frances, of Georgia; as well as other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 17, 2006 in the Waynesville chapel of Wells Funeral Home with Reverend Ricky Mason officiating. Entombment will follow at Garrett-Hillcrest Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday evening at the funeral home.
