Bonnie Kenney

Waynesville-Bonnie S. Kenney, age 86, died on July 16, 2006 at Haywood Regional Medical Center. A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late William Arthur and Mabel Trammel Stamey. She was preceded in death by her husband, William "Cuge" Kenney. She was also preceded in death by one sister and five brothers. She is survived by four sisters, Mary Ann Rogers and her husband, Jack; Betty Stamey; Annie Stamey, all of Waynesville; Billie Sue Wise of Ocala, Fl and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 19, 2006 in the Chapel of Wells Funeral Home in Waynesville with the Reverend G.W. Jameson officiating. Burial will follow at Garrett-Hillcrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Wells Funeral Homes of Waynesville is in charge of arrangements.
