Carl Mackey

Clyde-Carl Edwin Mackey-72, of 5357 Old Clyde Road, died Monday, December 9, 2002 at Canton Health Care Center.

He was the son of the late Ed and Lena Swanger Mackey and the husband of the late Mildred Haney Mackey who died in 1966. He was a member of the National Guard and was a member and attended Hazelwood Church of God.

He is survived by three sisters, Cherria Mae Jenkins and Waitsel Hipps both of Clyde and Cornelia Clubb of Canton.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 11, 2002 at the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Homes with Reverend Larry Ferguson and Reverend Bud Gibson officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
