Carol Kirkpatrick

Clyde, Carol Irene Cunningham Kirkpatrick, age 67, passed away on Friday, June 19, 2015 at Memorial Mission Campus. A native of Rowan, County, she was the daughter of the late Martin and Allyce Mills Cunningham. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Major Charles Kirkpatrick, who passed away in 2005. Carol was a member of the Ridge Runner Miata Club, enjoyed playing Bridge and loved her cats. She was a member of Christ the King Episcopal Church in Frankfurt, Germany. She was survived by her daughter, Celia Kirkpatrick and her husband, Travis Elsberry, of Rancho Santa Margarita, California; and a sister, Sandra Cunningham of Florida. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Dawn Memory Gardens, 5410 Crabtree Road, Clyde, NC 28716. Memorials may be made to SARGE'S Animal Rescue Foundation, P.O.
