Carole Komski

Maggie Valley, Carole K. Komski, age 73, of Tanner Trail, passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2011 at her residence. A native of Wayne County, Michigan, she had formerly resided in Boynton Beach, Florida before moving to Haywood County, in 2005. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Genevieve Polk Bacon. Carole enjoyed shopping and decorating and was of the Catholic faith. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Joseph Komski; two sons, Michael Komski of Pennsylvania and James Komski and his wife, Pam, of Michigan; three daughters, Elizabeth Komarisky and her husband, Brian, Holly Breakfield and her husband, Marcus, and Jennifer Kajcienski and her husband, Scott, all of Michigan; one sister, Susan Marlinga and her husband, David, of Michigan, one brother, David Bacon and his wife, Gwen, also of Michigan; and nine grandchildren, Autumn, Aaron, Joe, Courtney, Sara, Aaron, Evan, Amber, and Owen.
