Carroll Sheehan, born on July 18, 1936, to the late Clay and Annie Williams Sheehan, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2024. He was 88 years old. He is also preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Carroll dedicated an impressive 36 years of his professional life to Lea Industries, where he became known for his unwavering work ethic and commitment to excellence.
A devoted member of the Allens Creek Baptist Church, Carroll was respected within his community for his values and integrity. He cherished his faith and left a lasting impact on those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Carroll had a rich and fulfilling personal life characterized by a number of deep passions. He found great joy in listening to country music, a genre that resonated with his heart and spirit. An avid fan of wrestling and western films, Carroll enjoyed the thrill and nostalgia they brought. He also possessed a creative side, expressed beautifully through his wood carvings, which showcased his talents and love for craftsmanship.
He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Robinson Sheehan, with whom he shared 57 years of marriage. Carroll also leaves behind his sister, Margaret Moody. He was a father to alot of people especially his nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on November 7, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by the funeral service at 12:00 PM, both taking place at the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home Following the service, Carroll will be laid to rest in Red Bank Cemetery in Waynesville.
Carroll Sheehan will be remembered for his devotion to family, faith, and community, and for the many lives he touched throughout his journey.
