Cecil Duncan

Leicester – Cecil Ray Duncan, age 72, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at Stone Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation. A native of Buncombe County, he was a son of the late Everett Jay and Willa Bell Sampson Duncan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Wilkie Duncan, who passed away in 1995. He is survived by his daughter, Cecilia Duncan Owens (Robert) of Leicester; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Wayne Carson officiating.
