Candler- Chetta Trull Warjonen, age 92, of 272 Big Cove Road died Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at Mountain Area Hospice Center. She was a native of Buncombe County and was a daughter of the late, James Ottis Trull and Clyda Rutherford Trull Coyne. She was preceded in death by her husband, Olave Warjonen, who died in 2004 and two sisters, Freda Trull Greene and Opal Trull Barnes and one brother, William Thomas Trull. Chetta received her Bachelors Degree at Western Carolina University and was employed by the Hoquiam School System in the state of Washington as a teacher at Emerson Elementary School. She was employed for 24 years when she retired in 1979. Chetta was a member of Mt. Moriah Wesleyan Church where she served as a Sunday school teacher. She was a friend and confidante to all. She is survived by one daughter, Chetta Warjonen Singleton of Candler; one son, Harry Arnold Warjonen and his wife, Ann, of Jacksonville, FL; one sister, Margaret Trull Barnes of Candler; one brother, James Benjamin Trull and his wife, Reva, of Candler; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 24, 2007 at Mt. Moriah Wesleyan Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday evening at Wells Funeral Home of Canton.
