Christie Rhodarmer

Orangeburg, SC – Christie Faye Brigmonn Rhodarmer, age 78, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at her residence. A native of Barnardsville, NC, she was the daughter of the late Jake and Ada Marie Dodd Brigmonn. Christie was retired from Florida Schools. She is survived by her husband, Charles Rhodarmer of the home; five children, Jim (Valerie) Hancock of Asheville, Debra (J.B.) Millard of McEwen, TN, Karen Tomes of Waverly, TN, Chad Rhodarmer of Six Mile, SC, and Teresa Rhodarmer of Orangeburg, SC; eleven grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren; and her caregiver, Johnnie Thompson. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2015 in the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Bon–A–Venture Cemetery in Canton. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 3223 Sunset Blvd., Suite 100, Columbia, SC 29129.
