Canton - Christine Farmer Littrell, 72, passed away on Friday, January 19, 2018 at The Homestead of Clyde.

Christine lived in Haywood County most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Marion and Effie Mae Frizzell Farmer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by A son, Marion Todd Littrell, brother, Ray Farmer; and three sisters, Lucille Seal, Naomi Frazier and Opal Stockton. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, crocheting, fishing, and hunting. She was a avid TarHeel fan. She was a very active Church member. She retired from ITT in 1997.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Bobby Dale Littrell,; two sons, Tony Littrell (Paula), and Terry Littrell both of Canton; two grandchildren, Bradley Littrell (Erin) and Brittany Wines (Stuart): three great-grandchildren Maddox Littrell and Natalie and Lucas Wines; one brother, Kenneth Farmer; one sister, Marie Heatherly.

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Bethel Baptist Church with Reverend Dr. Roy Kilby and Reverend Howard Self officiating. Burial will follow at New Cruso Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
