Clara Wallen

Clara Lovenia Connor Wallen, 84, of Marshall, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2016 with her family at her side. She was born in Madison County to the late Charlie and Lula Gentry Connor. Clara loved taking care of her family, bowling, sewing and spending time in the garden. She was very social and never met a stranger, to know her was to love her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Wallen; 1 sister and 7 brothers.
She is survived by her daughter, Angelia Wallen; granddaughter, Natasha (Todd) Currin; great grandchildren, Tatum and Tucker Currin; 2 sisters, Edna Ramsey and Patsy Connor and brother, Welzie Connor.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, June 16th in the Chapel of Faith, Moore Funeral Home at Forest Lawn. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Mountain Kidney Fund.
