Cynthia Greene

Waynesville, Cynthia Mae Greene, age 53, passed away on November 7, 2013. A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, she was the daughter of Zora Sutton Green and the late Milburn Greene. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Charlie H. Green. Cynthia enjoyed reading books and writing letters. She attended Crabtree Baptist Church and Liberty Baptist Church. She is survived by two sisters, Melba Frizzell and Frances Greene, of Clyde; a brother, Milburn Greene, of Soperton, Georgia; and nine nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, November 11, 2013 at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Jerry Nelson officiating. Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville is in charge of arrangements.
