Danette Churm

1959 - 2013 Danette Z. Churm Canton – Danette Lee Zitterich Churm, age 54, passed away on October 16, 2013 at her residence after losing a long battle with cancer. She was born on August 4, 1959. Danette is united with her husband, Michael Churm and daughter, Alexis Frongello. She is survived by her parents, Larry and Vivian Weber of Palm Valley, Texas; a son, Michael Louis Churm, a daughter, Aja Lee Amezquita; grandsons Nick and Michael Amezquita all of Canton; a brother, Michael Zitterich and his wife, Susie, of San Antonio Texas; a mother-in-law, Anita Churm; brothers and sisters-in-law, Stephen and Alison Churm of North Augusta, South Carolina and Chris and Renee Benge of Canton; and Nick Deutsch of Waynesville, who Dee raised for two years as Pam's best friend. She also leaves her dear friends, Pam Deutsch and Kate Heatherly who spent so many months making her as comfortable as possible. Her three four-legged friends Mudge, Max and Molly were her constant companions who spent their days by her side. Dee loved cooking and caring for her friends and neighbors up in "her mountain home" she loved so much. Her laughter is the music that will remain in the hearts of all who knew her. The family would like to thank everyone who prayed for her recovery. We know she is at peace with her Savior, the Lord Jesus.
