Darlene Warren

Waynesville, Darlene Edwards Warren, 72, of Arnold Heights, passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at CarePartners Hospice Solace Center. Darlene was a native of Haywood County and spent her later years in Asheville. She was the daughter of the late Harry Ralph and June Elizabeth Henry Edwards. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Sandi Raines; a sister, Brenda Edwards Allison; and one brother, Ray Edwards. Darlene was Office Manager for L.N. Davis Insurance Company and a member of Sardis United Methodist Church of Asheville. Darlene is survived by her son, James Warren and his wife, Niki, and devoted grandson, Sagen Warren, of Waynesville, as well as her brother, Ralph Edwards and his wife, Jean, of Greensboro. A gathering of friends and family will be held beginning at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 24, 2016 at the Wells Events and Reception Center.
