Debora Joy Fowler, a dedicated wife, loving mother, and grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away on February 1, 2024. Born on April 16, 1958, Debora lived a life filled with boundless energy and an unwavering love for her family. Her warm and caring nature endeared her to all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Debora cherished her role as a wife and was deeply committed to her marriage. Her 46 years of marriage with her husband was a testament to their love and devotion. She is preceded in death by her husband Richard "Rick" Fowler along with her father Paul Armetrout, Sr.
Debora leaves behind her loving mother, Dorothy Beebe. As a mother herself, Debora found immense joy in raising her four daughters - Elizabeth Rockwood, Jennifer Caulder, Kathy "Candy" Franklin, and Rickie Fowler. She wholeheartedly embraced the challenges and rewards of motherhood, always putting her children's needs above her own. Her unconditional love formed the foundation upon which their lives were built. In addition to being a loving mother, Debora relished her role as a grandmother and great-grandmother. The eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren she leaves behind were the light of her life. She showered them with affection and cherished every moment spent making memories together. Family meant the world to Debora, and she maintained strong relationships with her extended family members. Her sister Nancy Graham and brothers Kent Armentrout, Timothy Armentrout Sr., Paul Armetrout Jr., and Robert Armentrout and brother-in-law Doug Fowler along with several nieces and nephews were all dear to her heart. Debora's beloved chihuahua Tanner was a constant source of companionship and provided her with immeasurable comfort. Tanner became an integral part of her family, offering unwavering loyalty and unconditional love.
Even in the midst of life's challenges, Debora remained optimistic and full of life. Her energetic nature and vibrant personality were contagious, bringing joy to all those around her. She had an extraordinary ability to uplift spirits and make people feel loved and valued.

Debora Joy Fowler's passing is a tremendous loss that leaves behind a void in the lives of all who knew her. Her memory will be forever cherished by her surviving family, friends, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and all those blessed to have been touched by her kind heart.
May she rest in eternal peace, knowing that she brought immense joy to the world during her time with us.
