Deborah Hughes

Waynesville-Deborah Ann Duncan Hughes, age 49, of Hyatt Creek Road, died Saturday, April 17, 2004 at Memorial Mission Hospital.

She was a native of Haywood County and was the daughter of the late Theodore and C. L. Leatherwood Duncan. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Deanna Free.

She is survived by her son, Anthony Wayne Free of Waynesville; and two grandsons, Austin Wayne Free and Elijah Dean Free.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, 2004 in the Waynesville chapel of Wells Funeral Homes and Cremation Services. The Reverend Ted Reeves and Reverend Johnny Swanger will officiate. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home.
