Debra Connor

Canton – Debra Green Connor, age 55 passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Haywood Regional Medical Center. A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Betty Wyatt Green. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Linda Rathbone and two brothers, Jimmy Green and Durward Wyatt. Debra's passion in life was her family and will be remembered forever as an amazing wife, wonderful mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Danny Lee Connor; a daughter, Teresa Connor, a son, Chris Connor all of Canton; three grandchildren, Justice Connor Tyreek Cowan and Walker Hatherlee. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 27, 2014 in the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with Reverend Nathan Ashe. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
