Waynesville-Della Mae Beasley, age 92, of Crawford Road, died Saturday, November 18, 2006 at Haywood Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Chancy Justice and Nora Clark Justice and was a native and lifelong resident of Haywood County. Her life was her family and her daily reading of her Bible. She was a member of Crabtree Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Farady Beasley, who died in 1972. Mrs. Beasley is survived by one son, M. L. Beasley and his wife, Josephine of Waynesville; five grandchildren, Michael Beasley of Waynesville, Malcom Beasley and his wife, Debbie also of Waynesville, Timothy Beasley and his wife, Janet of Statesville, Phillip Beasley and his friend, Linda Realey of Waynesville and Becky Kirkpatrick of Waynesville; eight great-grandchildren, Marc Adam Beasley and his wife, Alicia of Asheville, Michael, Chance and Fulton Beasley of Waynesville, Cristen Beasley of Statesville, Melanie Beasley of Hawaii, Samantha and Jennifer Beasley of Waynesville and one great-great granddaughter, Anniston Beasley of Asheville. Funeral services will be held at Crabtree Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21, 2006 with Reverend Max Smith and Reverend Dennis Ruff officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Panther Creek Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be J.R. Snow, Vergil Mathews, Neal Justice, Brad Ruff, Junior Parks and Tim Kelley. Honorary pallbearers will be the ladies of her Sunday School Class.
