Dewey Cooper, Jr.

Waynesville, Dewey Lee Cooper, Jr., age 71, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Autumn Care.

Dewey was the son of Laura Rogers Cooper Gunter and the late Dewey Cooper.  He enjoyed music, traveling, shoes and the beach, and collected watches.

In addition to his mother he is survived by two sisters, Martha Revis and Betty Norman; brother, Jim Cooper (Sharon); a niece and nephews, Damita, Bobby, Wayne and Anthony.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2020 at Green Hill Cemetery with Reverend DeVere Williams officiating.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Autumn Care for their loving care of Mr. Cooper.
