New York, Brooklyn - Dolly Campo Green, age 86, passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2010. A native and lifelong resident of New York, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Mary Campo. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Mark Milas Green who passed away in 1991 and one brother, Nicholas Campo. Dolly had a zest for life and enjoyed visiting casinos with her friends, loved playing cards, and listening to country-western music. She was very dedicated to her family, always putting herself before others. She is survived by two sons, Robert A. Green and his wife, Janet, of the Fines Creek Community and Frank L. Green and his wife, Angela, of Staten Island, New York; one sister-in-law, Elizabeth Campo; five grandchildren, Traci Phillips, and Lori, Mark, Erik, and Frank Green, Jr.; five great grandchildren, Christopher, Cory, Casey, and Cami Phillips, and Anthony Mark Green; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 14, 2010 in the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Fines Creek Memorial Baptist Cemetery with Reverend Jimmy Moore officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
