Donald Denman

Waynesville-Donald William Denman died peacefully at his home on October 12, 2006. Don was a man of integrity and compassion whose directness and keen interest in people brought him wonderful friendships in North Carolina and around the world. Don and his wife, Leslie, are known in Waynesville as the Mom and Pop of Rahama Kennel, where Don shared his strong work ethic and passion for animals with his young employees as well as dogs, cats, and townspeople. Don's loving family invites his friends to share in a celebration of his life to be held at Smokey Shadows Lodge in Maggie Valley on Thursday, October 19, 2006 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Haywood Regional Medical Center Hospice, 560 Leroy George Drive, Clyde, NC 28721.
