DONALD R. MASTMAN

Waynesville-Donald Richard Mastman, age 73, died Wednesday, November 13, 2002 at the Black Mountain Center in Black Mountain.

A native of Orange County, New Jersey, he had lived in Pompano Beach, Florida before moving to Haywood County. He was the son of the late Donald Mills Mastman and Evelyn Blanchard Palmatier Mastman. He was a building contractor.

He is survived by his former wife, Nina Norville Mastman; four daughters, Nina Mastman Lutz and Wendy Mastman Lovelace of Baton Rouge, LA; Kim Mastman Geiss of Peachtree City, Georgia, and Holly Mastman Kirkpatrick of Waynesville; one son, Donald Richard Mastman, II of Wilson, NC; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
