Dorothy Mcgaha

Waynesville, Dorothy Mull McGaha, age 94, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2016 at Autumn Care of Waynesville. A native of Jackson County she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Lela Kirby Mull. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Clay McGaha who died in 2010; a sister; and two brothers. She was a member of Barberville Baptist Church. Dorothy worked for 20 years with Smith Drug Store at the lunch counter. She enjoyed fishing, camping and was known for her great biscuits. She is survived by two daughters, Ann Jenkins, and her husband, Fred and Helen Wyatt, and her husband, Roy, all of Waynesville; a son, Leonard C. McGaha, and his wife, Debbie, of Cary; four sisters, Hermie Piper, Nancy Shuler, Geraldine Owen and Edith Valentine; five brothers, Joe, Clint, Claude, Clyde and Mack Mull; four grandchildren, Kevin Jenkins, Patrick "Pete" McGaha, Brandon Wyatt and Mindi Garrett; seven great-grandchildren, Colten and Gracie Jenkins, Addison, Samantha and Kingsley Wyatt and Maggie and Murphy Garrett. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 in the Waynesville chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the Reverend Jerry Nelson officiating. Burial will follow at Rocky Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Autumn Care Activity Fund, P. O.
