Earl Justice

Canton- Earl Teague Justice - age 82 of 73 Wesley Street died Tuesday, April 4, 2006 at Memorial Mission Hospital. He was a native and lifelong resident of Haywood County and the son of the late Samuel and Nellie Teague Justice. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Willie Justice, Mildred Deneen and Ruby Westmoreland and one brother Hal Justice. Mr. Justice was a band director for Wake and Durham County Schools. He is survived by one sister, Lois Metcalf of Canton; three nephews, Terry Metcalf and his wife, Sue of Canton, GA, James Metcalf and his wife, Karen of Clearwater, FL and Bill Deneen and his wife, Sally of Duluth, GA and three nieces, Janine Malone and her husband, John of Zebulon, NC, Judy Thompson and her husband, Mike of Marion, NC and Ann Silver and her husband, John of Stanley, NC. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2006 in the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the Reverend Dr. Rick Gosnell officiating. Burial will follow in Bon-A-Venture Cemetery on the Old Clyde Road. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
