Edna Hannah

Edna Lovingood Hannah, age 93, died Tuesday, March 31, 2009, at Pisgah Manor Nursing Home. A native of Cherokee County, she was the daughter of the late Abijah Lovingood and Ida Mae Coleman Lovingood. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Taylor Hannah. She is survived by three sons, Thomas "Bobby" Hannah and his wife, Brenda, of Arden, Henry Carroll Hannah of Fort McCoy, FL, and Joe Randall Hannah and his wife, Liz, of Charlotte; a sister, Alma Lovingood Seabolt of Murphy; and five grandchildren, Hudson, Angela, Brian, Melissa, and Brad. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 3, 2009, at the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the Reverend Charles Sprinkle officiating. Burial will follow at White Rock Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
