Eloise Rabb

Waynesville, Eloise Morrow Rabb, age 82, of Old Balsam Road, died Thursday, July 9, 2009 at her residence. Eloise was a native of Haywood County, and the daughter of the late Jarvis T. and Blanche Messer Morrow. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn C. Rabb who died in 2001. She was a volunteer at Haywood Christian Ministries and was a member of Pleasant Balsam Baptist Church. She is survived by a son, Thomas Calvin Rabb of Rocky Mount, VA. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2009 in the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the Reverend Bobby Downs and Reverend Ted Reeves officiating. Burial will follow at Garrett Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Haywood Regional Medical Center Hospice, 560 Leroy George Drive, Clyde, NC 28721.
