Ernest Tilley

Ernest Roosevelt Tilley, 84, of Fairview, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2017. A native of Jackson County, he was the son of the late Ausborne and Allie Bennett Tilley.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 38 years, Dorothy Killian Tilley.
He is survived by his children, Jody Tilley, Donna Hamm, Douglas Pritchard, Dora Surrett, Darla Messer, and Dana Parker; brother, Spencer Tilley; 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, October 21st in the Chapel of Faith, Moore Funeral Home at Forest Lawn, Candler with his grandson, Nathan Martinez officiating. The family will receive friends for 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at Lewis Memorial Park.
