Evelyn Connally

Waynesville- Evelyn M. Connally, age 85, of 119 Nancy Lane died Thursday, September 28, 2006 at Pisgah Manor nursing home. A native of Winston Salem, NC, she lived in Haywood County for the past 13 years prior to living in Clearwater FL. She was the daughter of the late Luther and Nancy West Moore and the wife of the late Al Connally who died in 1977. Mrs. Connally was employed by Maas Brothers in the Cosmetic Department and enjoyed Duplicate Bridge. She is survived by a daughter, Nancy Toth of Waynesville. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Monday, October 2, 2006 in the Chapel of Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville with the Reverend Pamela Hurst officiating.
