Faye Rogers

Canton – Faye Jean Trull Rogers, age 79, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2014 at Mission Hospitals – St. Joseph Campus. A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Faye Galloway Trull. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 31 years, Fred Rogers, who died in 1991; and her grandparents, Elsie and Ethel Galloway. Faye's interests included her pets and her garden. Being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Faye devoted her entire life to her family. She is survived by two daughters, Debra Whiteside and Brenda Webb both of Asheville; three sons, Von Rogers of Calhoun Falls, South Carolina, Michael Rogers of Six Mile, South Carolina, and Kelly Rogers of Canton; two sisters, Bobbie Sue Smith of Canton and Frankie Clark of Cruso; a brother, J. D. Trull of Cruso; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 29, 2015 at Gwyn Cemetery with the Reverend Lefaine Deaver officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:30 p.m. prior to the service at Wells Funeral Home of Canton.
