Florence Worley

"1921 - 2017"

Dandridge, Tennessee - Florence Hall Worley, 95, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2017 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Jefferson City, Tennessee.

A native of Haywood County, she was a daughter of the late Delone and Mallie Penland Hall. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Roy Worley, who died in 1981 and a daughter-in-law, Betty Jean Worley. Florence was a homemaker and a member of Canton Freewill Baptist Church.

She is survived by three daughters, Phyllis Rathbone (Harold) of Dandridge, Tennessee, Jane Campbell (Jimmy) of Waynesville, Sandra Hall (David) of Pfafftown, North Carolina; one son, James Worley of Canton; ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 31, 2017 at Morning Star Community Cemetery with the Reverend Gary Putnam officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:30 until 12:30 p.m. prior to the service at Wells Funeral Home in Canton.
