Frances Bell

Canton-Frances Ann Nations Bell, age 66, of 1224 Phillipsville Loop, died unexpectedly Friday, December 24, 2004 at Haywood Regional Medical Center. She was a native of Towns County, GA and had lived most of her life in Haywood County. She was a daughter of the late Ray Henry and Elsie Hunter Nations and was also preceded in death by her husband James Kenneth Bell who died in 1994 and a son, Kenneth M. Bell who also died in 1994. Mrs. Bell was a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters Cathy B. Mason of Clyde and Debbie B. Howard of Cleveland, SC, two sons Jerry Ray Bell of Raleigh, NC and Larry Dean Bell of Canton, one brother Jerry Ray Nations of Waynesville, 7 grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 27, 2004 at Bon-A-Venture Cemetery on Old Clyde Road. Reverend Tommy Carlisle and Reverend Ricky Gibson will officiate. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Sunday at the residence of Cathy Mason, 47 Mayfair Drive, Clyde, NC 28721. For directions, please call 627-0614.
