Candler – Frances Debrayda Moody Watts, age 87, went home to be with the Lord and her cherished daughter, Linda on Friday, June 10, 2016 at CarePartners Hospice Solace Center in Asheville. A native of Haywood County, she lived most of her life in Candler and was the daughter of the late Noble Wiley and Esther Cordelia Wilson Moody. She was also preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Linda Austin; two sisters, Maude Phillips and Cora Medford and two brothers, Ed and "Pet" Moody. Frances was a dear lady. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her children and grandchildren who were very special to her. Some of her favorite times were spent dancing and enjoying music. Frances will be remembered for being strong, loving and caring to all those who knew her. Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Peggy Grant and her husband, Freddie and Phyllis Walker and her husband, David; a son, David "Buck" Watts; one sister, Mildred "Dick" Baggett whom she shared a special bond; two brothers, Otis and Ralph Moody; five grandchildren, Steven Austin, Stephanie Allen, Scotty Ingle, Angel Taggart and Ashley Parker; eight great-grandchildren, Briana, Brooklyn, Madison, Loki, Rune, Odin, Cayden and Abbi and several nieces and nephews. A remembrance service for close family and friends will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 13, 2016 at Wells Funeral Home of Canton. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the
