Freda Edmonds

Freda Mae McCall Edmonds, 87, of Mills River, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 14, 2018. She was born in Bryson City, NC to the late Dewey and Freda Gunter McCall. She and her late husband, Clifford, owned Sweeten Creek Cottages. Freda was a member of the Biltmore Church of God.
In addition to her parents, and husband, Clifford Edmonds, she was preceded in death by her 5 siblings.
She is survived by her daughters, Annette Watkins of Charlotte and Brenda Clark (Mickey McLeod) of the home; grandsons, Ronald Christopher, Jr. and Clifton Christopher; great grandchildren, Dakota, Deanna and Desirea; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00pm on Thursday, January 18th at Moore Funeral Home at Forest Lawn, Candler. A Graveside Service will be held at 3:30pm on Friday, January 19th at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Candler.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with expenses.
