Gary Parkins

Clyde, Gary Bruce Parkins, age 46, died on Saturday, May 30, 2009 in Morganton, NC. Gary was a native of Haywood County, he was the son of Peggy Sue Green Parkins and the late James Parkins. He was of the Baptist Faith. In addition to his mother, he is survived by two brothers, Donald Parkins, and his wife, Donna and Alan Parkins, and his wife, Collette all of Clyde and three nieces. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at Panther Creek Baptist Church with Reverend Ronald Greene and Reverend Johnny Phillips officiating. Burial will follow at Panther Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Donald, Alan, Steve, and Randy Parkins and Kevin and Keith Green. Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville is in charge of arrangements.
