Gladys Angel

Gladys Pressley Angel, 86, of Asheville, passed away on Friday, January 11, 2019. She was born in Haywood County. Gladys was a member of Sunrise Baptist Church and loved going places, cooking and animals. Before moving back to Asheville, she and her late husband, James, lived in Florida.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Myrtle Pressley; husband, James Angel; daughter, Joyce Pressley and 2 brothers.
She is survived by her sister, Geraldine Messer, sister-in-law, Ruby Griffin, and niece, Linda North.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 16 at 3:00pm in the Chapel of Moore Funeral Home at Forest Lawn. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
