Gloria Pace

Clyde, Gloria Jean Morgan Pace, age, 63, passed away Saturday, July 3, 2010 at Haywood Regional Medical Center. She was a native and lifelong resident of Haywood County and the daughter of Juanita Morgan of Canton and the late L. C. Morgan. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Pace, who died August 7, 1995 and a brother Dennis Morgan. Gloria took great pride and care of her houseplants and loved getting new clothes. Most of all, she was devoted to her family and loved each of them dearly. In addition to her mother, she is survived by one son, Lee Pace of Asheville; one daughter, Amy Pace-Levitt and her husband John of Cullman, AL; one sister, Tryllis Autrey of Clyde; a sister-in-law, Linda Morgan of Florida; two grandsons, J. D. Levitt and Robert "Tiger" Levitt and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at the Waynesville chapel of Wells Funeral Homes and Cremation Services with Reverend Susan Giles officiating.
