Gregory Grezlik

Waynesville, Gregory D. Grezlik, age 70, of Melrose Street, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2011 at his residence. A native of Chicago, Illinois, he was a prior resident of Pinellas Park, Florida and had resided in Haywood County for the past five years. He was the son of the late Alex and Margaret DeLoebel Grezlik. Gregory was a machinist and enjoyed fishing, woodworking, photography, and Nascar. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Annette Alexander Grezlik; two sons, Alan Grezlik of Kissimmee, Florida and Mike Grezlik of Waynesville; one daughter, Cindy Whitlock of Waynesville; four sisters, Sandra Larson of Arizona and Kathy Drews, Jan Schraeder, and Joan Raab, all of Wisconsin; five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren; and his faithful companion, Charlie. At his request, no services will be held. The family will receive friends at the residence, 44 Melrose Street, Waynesville, NC 28786.
